Shelf-Edge Camera – Ensuring WiFi Connection

If a shelf-edge camera is not generating up-to-date analyses, the cause is often a disrupted WiFi connection. Using the Captana LIVE app, the camera can quickly be reconnected to the cloud.

How to restore the connection:

  • Open Cloud Synchronization in the Captana LIVE app
  • Hold your mobile device near the camera (NFC)
  • Wait for confirmation via green blinking

This re-establishes the connection and reactivates data transmission.

As a result, up-to-date shelf images are quickly available again and out-of-shelf situations are reliably detected.
