Shelf-Edge Camera – Charging the Battery

Empty batteries can be charged either directly on the camera via USB-C cable or separately using the Captana EyeCharger with up to nine charging slots. How charging works:

  • Optional: Remove the battery from the camera
  • Check contacts and ensure correct alignment
  • Insert the battery into the charging station

Status indicators:

  • Red = charging
  • Green = fully charged and ready for use

A full charging cycle takes approximately 2.5 hours.

This ensures cameras can be quickly redeployed and no gaps occur in shelf monitoring.
