Shelf-Edge Camera – Pairing via Captana LIVE App

During initial installation, new shelf-edge cameras can be directly connected to the system via the Captana LIVE app. The process is quick and ensures the camera is immediately ready for use.

How to proceed:

  • Open the Devices section in the Captana LIVE app
  • Tap + and select Add shelfcam
  • Hold your NFC-enabled mobile device near the camera and tab Start Setup
  • After a few seconds, the app confirms successful pairing and the camera signals this with a green blinking light.

The camera is now linked to the system and ready for immediate use.
